王海刚,男,汉族,1980年10月生,山东青岛人,中共党员,博士生导师,高级工程师。主持国家“十二五”科技支撑计划课题任务、省重点研发计划课题任务和中央高校基本科研业务费等纵横向科研项目7项,参与国家重点研发计划、国家“863”、国家自然科学基金、国家林业公益性行和重大科研专项等20余项。木塑复合材料和木材功能化改良相关技术成果推广3项。曾获国家科技进步二等奖1项、黑龙江省科技一等奖2项、黑龙江省高校科技发明一等奖1项。参编专著1部,参与编制国家标准和林业行业标准各1项。发表论文70余篇,其中SCI收录30余篇,TOP期刊论文8篇。授权发明专利20余件。主要社会兼职:中国林学会委员,中国复合材料学会高级委员,《Composites Part A》、《Construction & Building Materials》、《复合材料学报》、《农业工程学报》等期刊审稿人,曾在徐州盛和木业有限公司兼职担任科技副总一年。
